How did you come up with the name?

I was thinking about Duck Duck Go search engine and Duck Duck Goose movie, if these are the rules of creating a name, what name would I name? The answer – Dog Dog Cow. I love cartoons, however you don’t find cows as main heroes often. I know only two Otis from Barnyard and cow (doesn’t even have a name) from Cow and Chicken, so I was think what should sound good instead of Cow, at first I though Dog Dog Play, but that didn’t sounds too well, and when I though Dog Dog Dice sounds pretty cool.

Who are you?

I am a blogger from Lithuania. I started blogging in 2005. I am not the first blogger of the country, but I am the one doing it the longest. I love writing, board games, comics. I think that the best comic is Blacksad.

Why are you sharing board game ideas?

Well… I love board games. The more I play, the more I want to make my own board game. I don’t have any contacts in the industry and I don’t see any reasons of hiding my ideas. I have plenty of them. The only way for me to improve is to get feedback and I can’t get any feedback if I am hiding.

What happens if somebody steals your idea?

Well… I will cry in the corner… 

Ideas are cheap, execution is everything. 

I was making comics for 10 years, five times a week, I made about 3000 comic strips. If I learned anything, it is the following. 1% of your ideas are so bad, you should burn them and never talk about it. 10% of your ideas are great, everybody likes them, everybody shares them, some even steal them. All the rest ideas are average. Fans like them, nobody else cares about them.

If somebody steals my ideas, at least I know they are good. What else can I do about it?

Are you going to publish any game?

I love coming up with ideas, but ideas are not games. I don’t want to look for a factory in China that will print my game. I don’t want to have full warehouse of boxes and think how to sell them. I would be a good addition to the team that loves all these things, but I don’t want to do it myself.
